Panos is the founder and CEO of Sonicbids, the leading matchmaking site for bands and music promoters, which he started in 2001. Before that, he was a talent agent for seven years, working as VP of the International Division at a boutique Boston-based agency that represents over 55 world-renowned musicians. Panos was born and raised on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus and graduated from Berklee College of Music in 1994 with a degree in Music Business. Panos has been recognized by several industry awards, including Fast Company’s "Fast 50" entrepreneurs, Berklee’s Distinguished Alumni Award, Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list and the Internet category winner for Mass High Tech’s All-Star Award.

Simon Ralph Simon Ralph
CEO, Mobilium Global, Chairman, Emeritus and Founder, The Mobile Entertainment Forum (USA)

Ralph Simon predicted in 1997 that mobile phones would become the indispensable voice/social networking and music companion for consumers and their increasingly mobile lifestyles.  A founder of the global mobile entertainment industry, he introduced ring tones into the Americas, Europe, UK, Australasia and Africa and became known as 'the Father of the Ring Tone'.  Today, he advises companies, artists, telcos  and individuals worldwide seeking to innovate using mobile as a platform for entertainment, music, social networking, health, education and mobile payments .  He has received international recognition for his expertise and far-sighted contributions to the mobile industry since 2005, and is widely acknowledged as one of the leading cross platform executives in the industry.  Originally a record and publishing guy, he co-founded the Zomba music group and Jive Record label in the 70s.  He is based in London & is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in the UK.

Roberts Ty Roberts Ty
Co-Founder and CTO, Gracenote (USA)

Recognized as one of the inventors of enhanced CD technology and credited with producing the industry's first enhanced CDs, Roberts can be considered one of the fathers of modern digital entertainment. He joined Gracenote in November of 1998 and helped found the company after it acquired ION, a multimedia and music technology venture he founded in 1993. Roberts serves as Gracenote's chief technology strategist, providing technology direction and overseeing the creation of products and services that leverage the power of the Gracenote database to deliver information services.
While at ION, Roberts produced the recording industry's first enhanced audio CD titles, including David Bowie's "Jump" and "Headcandy" from Brian Eno. He was the company's lead technologist and innovator in adding multimedia content to traditional audio CDs. ION was also widely recognized as a leading provider of enhanced CD production tools utilized by recording and multimedia development companies. In September 1993, Bertlesmann Music Group created the first interactive record label after acquiring a 50 percent interest in ION.
Prior to founding ION, Roberts was a founder and senior manager of LightSource, a software development company that produced multimedia and graphics editing software. Previously, he was a senior engineer at Pixar, where he created several award-winning, Apple-based music applications including "Studio Session" and "Jam Session." Roberts is Gracenote's representative to the Secure Digital Music Initiative (SDMI), an organization that is chartered with establishing standards for digital music and music playing devices.
Roberts is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist at digital media, entertainment, high technology and business events around the world.

Klein has held executive roles at AskJeeves.com, as president and chief operating officer; Hasbro, Inc., as executive vice president and president of global marketing; VideoEgg, Inc., as president; EMI Music, as executive vice president of strategy and business development, including Digital P&L; MTV Networks, as executive advisor to the chairman and CEO; and South African Broadcasting Corporation, as executive advisor to the CEO.
